One of my good friends is a coffee shop owner and let me be a barista for a day! I was very excited, my first task was to learn how to make a Mint Chip Milkshake:
My next task was to prepare their signature, Blueberry Waffle. I decided to dress it up with cinnamon.

At this point I was getting confident with my barista skills... which is dumb now that I realize it because I didn't even learn how to make a basic cup of coffee yet... but my friend pushed me to make a latte and with a picturesque surface of latte art to boot!
Epic, epic, epic fail. However, during the afternoon rush at the shop my friend got pretty overwhelmed and waved at me to help him behind the counter! I nodded bravely and threw on my black apron and hopped over the counter.
This is me saving the day. All smiles. I had such a good time!
